I emailed 6 days ago explaining my problem and asking for guidance, then sent a fb message 2 days ago, and have still gotten no response. I purchased the $50 unlimited to add more content, but it isn't recognizing my activation code (it says invalid code).
This worked great until about 3 months into subscription, then stopped pairing. I have reached out to customer service several times and no response. Very bummed about this!
I have reached out multiple times and no one has responded only a computer generated response. The device broke last year, it was a gift for my granddaughters in Virginia. I did not want to continue the subscription and have been emailing but I was still charged and I was charged twice for the subscription. I have asked multiple times for a refund and no person has responded or given me a full refund from the subscriptions I was charged. I don’t expect a refund for the device, but I do not want to be charged $100 for two subscriptions and there’s no device! They also should have a reminder email before the subscription renews. Since the device has not been working for half of the year, I forgot about the subscription. I appreciate their work and helping religious persons. But I do not feel like donating $100 to this company as money is tight and it’s not a reasonable thing right now, and due to the device doesn’t even work. While it was working my granddaughters loved it. But there was an issue with the battery.
Paid to reactivate and when I went to put code in, it said unable to activate. I have waited almost 3 weeks sending 2 emails asking for help to fix this as well as reach out to their instagram and no one has gotten back to me. My boys did love using these however now paying for a subscription renewal and it not working and not getting proper response or customer service makes it not worth it. Would love to be contacted ASAP to fix this problem so we can use what we paid for.
I returned my device last year and now i am being charged for the annual subscription which i did not want and don’t know how to cancel. Stop stealing from me!!

This was a surprise bill of $50 on a device we weren’t impressed with. We had trouble downloading the content and now a new charge for content I can’t download is kinda bogus. I’d love a refund.
We have been having trouble downloading items to use. Our daughters actually haven't been able to use it since we bought it. There are very limited selections that did download in the beginning. We would like to stop our subscription and our service with this product.
Great customer service!
My kids truly enjoy their HeWo and listen to it often. The app is easy to use and I enjoy the various content. It reminds me of my childhood tape player, minus the tapes! My kids can take the HeWo wherever they want (no Internet needed to play what's already loaded) but I control what's on it. It's a great tool to teach the Catholic faith and to give them something fun that isn't a screen.
Children learning about him
My 10yr and 8 yr olds love it. They play the saint stories every night and I have peace with the content they are listening to on their own. Downloading the stories and music were tricky to get on the device but I figured it out. Now I just need to figure out how to get the volume controls to work. The volume is stuck at one level.
