These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the use of the HeWoStore.com website, the HeWo application, and the HeWo Player (collectively referred to as “The Services”) provided by THSVOX LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). By accessing the Application or using the website, you agree to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our website, our application, or using the HeWo Player. By accessing or using any part of the site or the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website, the application, or use our services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.
Registration and User Account
To use the Application and access unlimited content, you must create a user account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Any unauthorized use of your account must be immediately reported to the Company.
Subscriptions and Pricing
The Application offers free content and content accessible only through a paid subscription available on our online store www.hewostore.com. Subscription prices are displayed in U.S. dollars or euros, depending on your geographic region, and may vary based on promotions or pricing changes. If you are a subscriber, we will notify you in advance of any changes, prior to annual renewals.
Payment
Subscriptions are payable in advance and are billed annually. Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other payment method accepted by the Company on our website: www.hewostore.com. In case of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application.
Use of the Application
The Application and HeWo Player are intended for personal or educational use and not for commercial purposes. You agree to use the Application and the device solely for these purposes and not to misuse, fraudulently use, or violate these Terms. Any violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Application.
Termination of the Annual Unlimited Content Subscription
You can cancel your annual unlimited content subscription on HeWo at any time by contacting us at the email address provided in your account information. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will continue to have access to the services until that date. No refunds will be granted for unused months of the current subscription. We recommend canceling your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid any additional fees. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to the platform's unlimited content, but you will still have access to HeWo's basic features, namely the initially free stories. If you wish to renew your subscription later, you will need to re-subscribe at the rates in effect at the time of renewal. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Application and the website, including texts, images, music, and logos, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of the Company or its partners. You are not authorized to copy, distribute, or use this content without the prior written consent of the Company.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application. The Company does not guarantee that the Application will be free of errors or unintended interruptions. All necessary measures will be taken to expedite the return to normal service.
Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any major changes will be communicated through the Application or by email to our users. By continuing to use the Application after the publication of changes, you accept the new Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America. Any dispute related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spokane County.
