The annual subscription provides unlimited access to our vast and ever-expanding content library, currently featuring over 200 hours of high-quality stories, lessons, and music. We add new content weekly as we partner with more creators. Additionally, 70% of your subscription fee goes directly to the creators to support the development of meaningful and enriching content for children.

• Weekly homily for children to help them prepare for Mass (Ordinary and Extraordinary Form)

The subscription is valid for one year starting from the first time the device connects. If it is not connected within 30 days of purchase, the subscription will automatically start on the 31st day.

Yes. If you buy a player with a subscription, it will automatically be linked to the gifted player. The recipient family won’t need to activate anything—just pair the HeWo player.

The subscription is automatically linked to the serial number of the player. As soon as they pair the player with their account, they will have access to the subscription. No code or proof of purchase is needed, just pair the HeWo player with the email address of their choice.

2. Create your account by following the instructions in the app.
3. Access Settings on the HeWo Player: Press the church button for 3 seconds to access Settings > Pairing.
4. At the same time in the app, go to “My HeWo” and tap “Pair a HeWo”, then follow the instructions until your player is successfully paired.
5. Browse the app to explore and select your favorite content. Add your selections by creating a dedicated playlist. Synchronisation with your HeWo player will begin 10 minutes later.

Please note: After pairing, content syncs automatically 10 minutes after being added via the app. Downloading takes about 10 to 15 minutes per hour of content, depending on Wi-Fi speed.

Once the player is paired, you can select playlists from the mobile app. They will sync automatically with the player 10 minutes after being added. 1 hour of content requires about 15 minutes of sync time.

This means it’s downloading the content you selected. Sync time is about 15 minutes per hour of content. So if you sent 10 hours of content, it could take up to 2.5 hours. If you're unsure:

• Keep the player plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi
• Do not turn it off, or the download will restart from zero ☹
• Let it sync without interruption

No. Pairing only needs to be done once. After that, you manage your playlists from the app, and the player downloads them automatically.

No. HeWo is not waterproof. To clean it, use a soft cloth and a non-corrosive cleaner. Do not use water directly on the device.

The number of tracks is limited to 250 at a time to keep navigation simple and avoid overwhelming your child. If the limit is reached, the app will notify you. Simply delete older playlists to add new ones.

Only headphones without a microphone are compatible with the HeWo Player. The headphone jack should have two strips, not three.

No. HeWo does not support Bluetooth headphones or earbuds.

There is no visible indicator while charging. If the battery was empty (red), plug it in for 3 hours.
